Description
The D-S0140 series pressure sensor is a differential pressure sensor based on silicon piezoresistive effect, implemented using a hybrid technology of CMOS and MEMS. The pressure to be measured is loaded onto the silicon film from the back of the chip, allowing the sensor to be used in harsh environments. The pressure sensor outputs a voltage signal that is linearly proportional to the pressure, and provides precise and stable signal output and temperature compensation.
