In EMI shielding, conductive elastomer gasket is the most common shielding material. Conductive elastomer is a new type of polymer material that is made by uniformly filling conductive particles into polymers such as silicone rubber or fluorosilicone rubber through mixing, vulcanization and other processing techniques. Gasket combines the environmental sealing properties of silicone rubber itself with the high conductivity of conductive particles, which can not only meet the requirements of conductive grounding and electromagnetic shielding, but also achieve environmental sealing. Among them, the types of conductive particles include silver, aluminum silver-plated, copper silver-plated, glass silver-plated, graphite nickel-plated, and high-conductive carbon.
